Alan was born in Bryan, Texas. Graduated from Texas A&M University ‘83 and received his Masters Degree in Administration from Lamar University. He has 41 years in education. Teaching Biology and Anatomy and Physiology! Coaching football, basketball and track. He is married to Heather Smith class ‘84. They have five children. Alan is entering his seventh year at The Colony! He loves to cook, fish, hunt and play golf.
